Five buildings with seven floors covering 95,000 square metres of rentable space, with an underground floor for parking and logistics.
ESPACE TOURBILLON is the most recent big building project in the town of Plan-les-Ouates targeting industry, artisan firms, research laboratories, small businesses and the services.
The project aims to introduce the BIM method from the concept phase. An information model is produced for each discipline involved in the project (architecture, construction, HVAC, sanitary, electric).
Parallel Digital is responsible for the coordination of operations between the different disciplines, with the aim of correcting any conflictual aspects prior to the construction phase.
