Spark Two is part of a broader and more coordinated intervention promoted by InTown SrL, concerning urban regeneration and the enhancement of the "Milano Santa Giulia" district. The area of intervention, in particular, is located near the Milan Rogoredo railway and underground station, in via Pizzolpasso.
Spark Two, now under construction, is a nine-storey building above ground and a basement for parking. On floors 1 to 8 there are annexed offices and services, while on the ground floor there is the entrance lobby and, as a priority, functions with a commercial vocation in direct communication with the outdoor areas treated with greenery and equipped.
The ground floor serves as the base of the property and is distinguished from the remaining above-ground floors by its wider and enveloping shape on the ground as well as by the treatment of the painted aluminum elevations. The first floor develops in the shape of a podium and has a slight setback with respect to the plan shape of the upper levels. The remaining floors are characterized by glass coverings, horizontally marked by vertical aluminum string courses.
